Changes To The PMP Exam: PMP Exam Topic Changes

PMP exam has undergone some changes recently.

  • Develop project charter
  • Create a project management plan

Domain 2: Planning (25%)

  • Define the scope of the project
  • Estimate time, cost, and resources required

Domain 3: Executing (30%)

  • Direct and manage project execution

Domain 4: Monitoring & Controlling (25%)

  • Track progress and performance
  • Manage changes and risks

Domain 5: Closing (5%)

  • Finalize project closeout procedures
